Ogden Jr Mustangs Coach Application

Ogden Jr Mustangs and Sr Mustangs coaches must complete the USA Hockey credential requirements to be be eligible to coach with the Ogden Jr Mustangs, Ogden Lady Mustangs or the Sr Mustangs Program. These requirements include:

1. Registration with USA Hockey as a Coach: https://membership.usahockey.com/
2. Completion of the USA Hockey Safesport module and annual renewal trainings: https://www.usahockey.com/safesporttraining
3. Completion of the USA Hockey NCSI background screening: https://www.usahockey.com/backgroundscreen
4. Completion of the Foundations of Player Development Pre-Requisite for Age-Specific Modules then proceed to the Age-Specific Module for the age group to be coaches: https://www.usahockey.com/agespecificmodules
5. Completion of the USA Hockey Coaching Education Program Certification for your current level, for the current year: https://www.usahockey.com/coachingclinics
6. Register with the Ogden Jr Mustangs program as a coach: https://registration.teamsnap.com/form/7439

After successful completion of the steps above, the application will be reviewed by the Division Hockey Director(s) and the Ogden Jr Mustangs Registrar before being confirmed as a coach for one of the Ogden Jr Mustangs teams.
